Does anyone know who acquired the Zollner piston company? I have tracked down a piston I need with their part number, but now cannot find the company. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for all the input folks. I had found the websites you had mentioned but they are of no help. They will not reply to emails. Phone calls try to refer me to my local dealer.

I'll keep trying I know there must be some out there.

Zollner (division of Hastings I suppose) is now in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, and still makes pistons, but only for auto applications and not trucks (pitty).

Try this URL Link They seem to be available. Their trademark's first use was 1984, and the trademark office lists them in South Fort Wayne, Indiana. Indiana corporations lists several different Zollner relationships. You can call Hastings Manufacturing in the URL, or even email them. By the way, Hastings Manufacturing, in Hastings Michigan can furnish rings for anything, just by telling them the specifications, they take the rings off racks and make up a set.

Thanks for the advice. However I have tried Hastings many times and cannot get any help. It seems the Zollner piston group has been sold to a German company. Zollner was once the largest OEM of pistons in America. Maybe I'll try again and might reach someone else on the phone.

thanks everyone
