HAVE A 1945 H FARMALL. NEED TO KNOW IF THEIR ARE ANY SALVAGE YARDS FOR OLD TRACTORS. BROKE A CAST PART BEHING THE BRAKE DRUM. PROBABLY CANNOT BUY THIS PART NEW. ANY HELP AT ALL OF WHERE I CAN TURN TO.

I don't know where you are located but there is a huge tractor salvage yard located in Fremont, NC named Green's Auto Salvage (1-800-682-9172). They specialize in tractors and large trucks. Good Luck.

There is RIPPIE'S (specializing in Ford)in Farmington; JP's (IH)in Farmington; Unger tractor in Mexico (all types); Cook's at Clinton (Ford); and two more at Springfield (one Case and the other JD); these are all located in Missouri. There are several more in northern Missouri but I don't remember the towns.

Yes there is salvage yards. A good one is MacFadden`s in Sharon Springs, N. Y.
