Wheelhorse C81 flywheel and PTO

I have an old Wheelhorse C81 I am trying to get up and running and have hit a couple of snags. #1, when I look at the back of the flywheel, there are a number of magnets, different sizes, and loose and 3 that seem to be attached - They do not make a complete ring around the inside of the flywheel. I suspect the flywheel has been dropped and the magnets are broken - as I don't have a good flywheel, I'm not sure. Your thoughts on whether this flywheel is salvagable and if not, the best place to get a replacement would be helpful. # 2 - the pto clutch plate has a portion of the clutch material missing. Can you get a new lining only. It seems like it is rivited on, but would not be too difficult to remove by drilling out the rivits. Any help or advice you can offer woyuld be greatly appreciated.
