Here is a first for me. I am purchasing a used tractor, it has 1 bad rear tire and the hydraulic pump is shot. So how do I move this hunk of steel. In the past when i moved heavy equipment I used other heavy equipment to get it on a low boy trailer. Now i don't have that option. I am going to have to use a third party hauler.With the bad tire I was thinking it still might move and as for the bucket and backhoe I was thinking diconect the lines then winch and chain them up. any help would be great.

Well on the hoe if theres a place to hook up a com-a-long you can winch it up and not unhook the hoses. Think about it things fell on there own because of fluid by passing some place and it works the other way also. That will also work on the loader. BTDT more then once. As far as the tire you maybe able to air it up long enough to load it. Even if it only holds air for 15 minutes thats enough to make it load easier, also BTDT many times and believe me air helps a lot even if for only a few minutes
