CAN ANBODY TELL ME IF YOU CAN REMOVE SLEVES FROM BLOCK WIHT CRANK STILL IN IT HAVE 54 NAA

You could by removing the pistons and rods and rotating the crank so you can get a driver or a puller in place. Be very careful not to nick any crank journals while you are down there.

Don't see any reason you can't ,if you have the right kind of sleeve puller set-up. If you use a puller plate in the bottom of the sleeve it will have to be thin enough that it will pass by the crankshaft. Being very careful not to scratch the bearing throw. Myself, I hate in- frame or partial overhauls. They always come back to bite me in the hind end. I Always end up with a rear main seal leak or some stupid other petty problem.So I just do it all at one time or leave it alone.
