Nasty little bolts will not budge

Ive been soaking these bolts in PB Blaster for about 3 weeks now The last week or so Ive been going to the shop 2 or 3 times a day and rapping each one a few times with a brass hammer then re-applying more PB Blaster. as you can see they are not eroded away just rusted in.

I bought a cheap 1/4 inch socket set today on ebay that has my 15/32 socket along with 11/32, 13/32, and 17/32. I also went to sears and bought a little 1/4 drive breaker bar so hopefully when my sockets arrive I will have some success.

I did try a 12mm and its a no go.

Some thing else I dont under stand is the mixture of square and hex head bolts on the rad.

Now I need to find some one to repair the core. Its in pretty good shape except for one place where something hit it. 2 of the tubes were torn open. Im in Iowa city. Around here finding some one who says they will do the work and getting them to actually do it are 2 different things.

I dont have electricity in my shop and my compressor is way to big to run on a drop cord. So I have to plug into the house and run 150' of air hose. So it was about 15 degrees out side that day. Any way the air comming out of that tool was like putting my had on a piece of dry ice. A smart guy would have worn gloves.

If you don't have an acetylene torch, go out and buy one now. Even if you manage to extract those bolts without heat, you're going to need a torch sooner or later.

There is 2 things that I would worrie about using that much heat. That is very old very thin cast they are threaded into. they are also running through the core header very close to the tubes.
