Well i've tried everything i can find to unstick a 53 Super M. I've used every mixture and even lit it on fire. Nothing. I'm now at a dead end. Any suggestions? Head is off, and i'm about ready to pull the oil pan, and see the crank position. The 2 back cylinders aren't leting fluid by, but the one is at nearly top dead, and while the other one is at the bottom. Thanks.

We freed a 330 ih with air, removed rocker arms, supplied air to 1 and 4 cylinders pressure @125,then rocked back and forth.

You might want to weld a zert fitting into a spark plug base. find the cyclender that is clostest to topded center with both valves closed. get a grease gun and start pumping away. the gun will make about 1500psi. if that doesnt work chain it loos on a trailer in gear and drive around awhile. the rocking sometimes breaks them loose. I have an old JD A that had been sitting for years - and was stuck tight as could be. Several months of soaking in oil/diesel/etc, hadn't shown any sign of helping, so I wrapped a chain around the block (after pulling it loose from the tractor) and set a small hydraulic jack on a block of wood on top of the piston.

With the jack pushing against the chain, I just jacked it up slowly. It developed enough pressure I thought it was going to break something - about that time there was a loud pop - and it turned loose.

Amazingly, the cylinder cleaned up with just a honing and the piston is fine, too.

Yep some times you get one that will not let loose short of pulling each piston out one at a time and even then some times it takes a big hammer and block of wood, or a shop press. I had one so for the I had to use a shop press on one cylinder to get the piston out. Both piston and sleeve are now scrap iron

Welcome to the real world. Those who claim to have the perfect concoction of snake oil for freeing stuck engines have never experienced an engine that is really, truly stuck. I bought an H 4 years ago with a stuck engine. It has been soaking with various recommended solutions since I got it. Finally gave up a week ago and pulled the engine out.Turned it upside down on the floor and removed the crankshaft. Pistons are still a permanent part of the cylinders. Gonna find someone with a big hydraulic press, and see if we can press them out. The only other way is to destroy the pistons, and when you do that you run the risk of breaking the cylinder walls as well.
