Sounds like clutch pad is rusted to the flywheel. Now.. on the brakes.. were they locked down and are rusted tot he drum.. or are they just imoble? If rusted to the drum.. ya gotta fix those first, inorder to make it easier to fix the flywheel stick, without splitting. block the clutch down, and put in neutral.. see if engine will roll over by hand. if she's been setting.. i think I'd pull all spark plugs, and fill the cyls with cheapy atf fluid, perhaps cut with a bit of kerosene, and let her set a day first.. then try to roll over engine by hand.. if she rolls over fine, Then i'd try to get her started. new plugs, new points coil, and new/charged battery.. good ignition switch..e tc. new crankcase oil, and filter.. etc.. Roll over a few times to expell excess oil from
the spark plug holes first. once you can get her to run, then you will want brakes to help with unsticking the flywheel. Lotsa ways to do it.. drive in a figure 8, hitting brakes on either side, starting with pto in gear with a rotary mower hooke dup.. etc. once she breaks free.. slip the clutch slightly to surface the disc a bit. Brakes may be as easy as opening up, hittinf with penetrating oil and some heat and working them back and forth till loose. Just gotta see what ya got before you can get any real specific instructions..e tc. I'm not specifically familiar with the MH 33.. but those instructions are good 'general ones.. Soundguy
