Trying To Take Rear Wheels Off Intl. 240 Utility, Lug Bolts Out And Wheels (Pressed Steel Centers) Are Rusted To Cast Hub, Any Suggestions? Tried PB Blaster And Sledge
With 4X4 No Luck Yet? Anyone Got An Easy Way To Do This? Thanks

Do as TDK says works well but just be sure to watch them close. When they brake free stop fast or you can mess up the lugs. But it is also the easy way to brake them free. BTDT

Put the lugs back in. Snug them, then back them off about 1 or 2 turns and drive the tractor. Make some sharp turns while driving. This has worked for me.

Push it with a hydraulic jack between the wheel and tractor frame. Post maul works too, but safer with a slow push.
