I've got a 1966 ford 5000 grill w/diesel SOS.

I'm replaceing the grill on it this spring and haven't found a good source of info/pics on the web.

Does anyone know what type of grill (upper and lower) I need? It currently has an aluminum upper grill w/ford lettering and a screen-type steel lower grill.

Would an owners manual/service manual have pictures?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hmmmmm , I may have screwed up....My ford 5000's a tractor- I posted this topic over in ford tractor and got a bit of help over there- sorry, I'll be more specific next time. I didn't know ford made a 5000 truck as well- interesting. Would be kind of neat to haul the tractor around with the truck though!

Apparently they did. i once walke dinto the local car quest and wanted filters for my ford 5000, and the lady asked what engine.. to which i replied that it was a diesel.. and then she wanted to know more info.. and I was thinking.. wow.. can't they just look up ford 5000 diesel and be done with it.. long story short.. she also thought I was refering to a truck.

Hey.. I I'm guessing I still have the paperwork at home where i bought my grill. It was the best price i could find anywhere.. If I find the tel# or website.. I'll email you. Don't know if it is the correct one.. but perhaps the dealer will??
