A set of .090 or .125 hi compression pistons, shave .125 off the cyclone head to get the cylinder pressure up to 125-130psi, with a good valve job, should give you 55-58hp. That will be good for the classes you plan on pulling in...unless your in an open class.

You are trying to turn an engine designed to burn oil refinery rejected left overs while pulling a plough all day on the back 40 into a race engine. It's going to take time and money.
