how do you avoid rear wheel hop? it seems to really cut into my traction.

That's easy, just put it in first gear...or maybepull 2 plug wires off, it should get rid of the hop.
Sorry, us 2 cylinder guys don't know what 12-15MPH is.

When you are getting the "hop" where's the nose? Up in the air, or planted on the ground?

That wont even cure it. I've seen a 2-cyl at 3.5 MPH turn into a basketball, more than just a couple times, too.

Try shortening your hitch, move it closer to rearend.

Are you talking about pulling? I'm not sure I've heard of wheel hop in pulling, how fast are you running?
