Search the Pulling archives, ChadS posted a picture a while back showing the back of an H you could see the wheelie bars and nice hitch.

The best thing to do is look at other tractors. Check them out, see how they adjust, Ask them questions. At my first pull I didn't have anything but a drawbar. Now I have a hitch that I can adjust the hight with shims ( washers ). They don't have to be complicated.

how short do you want it how high does the bar have to be do you want it to be adjustable how are you hooking the wheelie bars up and how simple do you want it

I have seen people bolt it to the pto shaft,
Should i remove the pto
I have wheely bars that slide on over the brawbar slots
