Nobody has the time to waste beating around the bush and playing games with semantics. If I read your previous comment correctly, it appears that you dont want to release your engine block casting number because it will tell us what the engine block is. Lets try another approach, I will get right to it, are you telling us that a Chrysler 230, 237, 251, 256, 306, 331, 377 and 413 are all Div 2 legal in a 101? (A simple yes or no is all we need.) I know the Chrysler 201 and 217 are clearly legal because thats what came in them, but are you and your sanctioning organizations saying these others qualify as factory replacement blocks? On the continental side, the 226 and 244 were available in certain 101s from the factory. Is it Div 2 legal to use the Continental 271, 290, 330, 363, 371, and 427? What about the Hudson 308: Is it Division 2 legal? (Again, just a simple yes or no answer.) If all of these are Div 2 legal, then thats great for the MH 101 because that really puts it at a clear advantage over those power house lightweight Div 2 pullers like the Fords, ACs, Farmals and other tiny tractors manufactured with <200 CID. Ron, I really like watching your tractor compete, your tractor is clean and well designed and very well built. However, if you are running anything other than a 201, 217, 226 or 244, I believe and others may agree, your tractor belongs in Div IV, otherwise, you will continue to soundly defeat a class full of 2 or 3 machines and continue to contribute to the demise of antique pulling.
