I can"t see the rules page on their website. All you see is the next 2 upcoming events. Can someone help? Thinking of maybe pulling at Princeton next week and trying to see if any of our tractors would be legal.

The NATPA website is experiencing difficulty right now. We are working to get it back to working asap.

You can access the rules page by going to www.natpa.com/rules.htm

Sorry for the inconvenience!

Something is messed up with the site. Call any of the numbers posted and they will be glad to help. Or whatever questions you have can probably be answered on here.

Jim

How do I go about getting teched when I get there? Will it be done on the scale at weigh in or what? I know I will have to run Div. 5, (GVI w/ 800). Just wondering about hitch, weight brackets, wheelie bars. I know wheelie bars and hitch can't be together, but what about weight bracket and wheelie bars? Maybe I will just go and watch. Seems like that would be a lot easier. LOL !

I for one would sure like to see you pull. The teching takes place Friday night and Saturday morning. They are usually pretty easy on first time pullers but the second time you will have to be up to snuff. You would need fenders, kill switch, wheelie bars, (the way you described them they should be legal). All you need for fenders is something that is as high as the tire and strong enough to support you leaning on it. Hope this helps. Art

Just got to look at the rules....we really just have too many non conformities to pull with NATPA. No deadman throttle, no scatter blanket or shield around flywheel, no fenders, no high back seat, no plug wire out of the side shield. I believe if I am there it will just be to watch. Thanks for everyones help.

Nevermind! Just realized that you have to have fenders to run Div. 5. I'm out!
