Most carriers have a minimum fee, and it's not feasible for just one event. When we needed insurance for our 4th of July pull we went through a company in Milford IA. Sorry don't have their name handy right now. Cost was a little less than $700. We haven't heard yet what it will be this year. We did 3 pulls last year to help spread out the cost. They will want to know things like how high the bleachers are, will there be alcohol sold etc. Good Luck!

Yupper, you are right, its high $$$$ to do it, this will be the 4th one we have done, but we are trying to find something cheaper, We tried to get a club to come out and put a pull on for us, but all they wanted to pull was just antiques, and only go to 10,500 class, We pull all year models and up to 18,000 lbs and a few trucks, Thanks Chad

I have found one place but they are wanting over $1,000 for a one day event, we are just needing liability insurance to cover the crowd in case they fall off the steps, or fall in the parking lot. Thanks for any help, Chad
