I am wondering how JD's fit in the weight class. I doing a pull for the 2nd year and wondering on class's. Typically the classes around here are 3500, 4200, 4700, 5200 5700 6500 7500 8500. I was told one time JDs made others mad and changed to class to put them in heavier ones, other pulls just followed suit. I would like to have the class so that all tractors competitive with each other and not making the JD's be edged out.

Take a look at the NATPA set up, they seem to be pretty much right to me. My JD B weighs 3250# and around here I have to pull in the 3500# class, I wish they would have a 3250 class as NATPA has.
