I have a Oliver 1800 with a 283 gas motor. I am looking to get over 100 horsepower, what are different options that I have?!?!?!?

Glenn, I agree with ken77. a gas motor with the right stuff will do better than a diesel, just look at my 560 HA HA. BORE it out!!!

Glenn you gotta put a 5.9L Cummins in it that will solve everything. HA HA HA. Definitly go to a diesel.

you can get that 283 gas to run better than a 310 diesel if u do the right things to it

Glenn put electronic ignition on it and get a bigger carb for it. you may also want to rebuild it because of all the smoke it puts out right now.
