What is the weight limit of the class(es) you plan to pull in? Any other AC's in those classes? What size(s) of tires are they running? Do the rules have tire size limits? Horsepower limits? 14.9x28 tires are one size larger than stock and may be a factory option for the WD45. The 18.4x26 tires will need a very strong engine to spin them out. I started out small and worked my way up over the years. Sold my WD this summer and now pull ONLY my Oliver and my Farmall.

Will pull in 35 to 4500 lb class...other WD's in this club use 16.9 X 38 or 15.5 X 38 some use 14.9 X 28...I have both the 14.9 X 28 & 18.4 X 26 ...think I'll try the 18.4 first...I'm used to running 730 D in 6500 & also have 820 will be pulling in 10000 class... thanks ...Kent

How far is it stripped? Are you doing it with a pony start? I have a plan in mind to get an 820 to 6500. It's a someday project.

GPuller, this is the one My father brought from Garry out of Texas. No pony, wheatland rearend cover, 18.4x38 on 9-bolt rims, custom driver's platform, and a custom fuel system. I think yu know the rest of the story of this tractor.
