well i have heard that east tn only allows top cut but youre advertising in hook magazine says natpa div 1,2,3 and so on . natpa rules on div 3 says any cut is allowed if you go to there web site . so is the advertisement false or are you guys going to honor natpas rules as advertised.

I went last year with those NATPA rules in hand and ended up loading and going back home (2 hours one way) because I was going to have to pull in the open gear class. My suggestion is to call ahead and not make the same mistake I did last year. They are overall a good group to pull with just make sure of the rules before you travel!

from my understanding they have top cut only in the 4 mph class,any cut in the open gear classes.
