WNY pulling... GVATPA Rules?

Any of you GVATPA pullers know where I could get a copy of the club rules? Been hassled at Pike for having a tractor set up for NATPA rules. Mainly the Air filter rule. I would like to make sure that my tractor is legal to run if I show up to Grizzly's or Angelica or anywhere else for that matter... Are they posted somewhere, or do I have to be a club member in order to see them?

In div.2 you must have original air cleaner hooked up. In div.2+ and div.4 you can run any air cleaner. Tire rules in div 2 and 2+ are 3,000# to 4,000# max tire is 13.6 4,500# to 6,500# is 15.5 max and 7,500# to 9,500# is 18.4 max.

What if your tractor is not running 38" rears. 18.4x34 is a much smaller footprint than 18.4x38? Is the width limit an across the board rule or do they go by footprint like NATPA...

They go by width not diameter so when they say 18.4 they mean all 18.4 tires wether its 38's or 34's. The hole foot print thing is way to complicated anyway.Remember the rules are close between natpa and gvatc except for few things.

I never realized reading a published footprint chart was so complicating...

A Massey Harris 44 Special Rowcrop with stock 13.6x38 tires could easily get in the 4000lb class YET a Standard with stock 16.9x30 tires is pushed all the way up into the 7500lb class. Same tractor except for the cast centers on the rear and the front end...

The same argument could be made with an Oliver 88 or John Deere 60...

I guess my 55 will have to stay home... came with factory 16.9x34 tires and makes 6000lb classes anywhere else... Oh well...
