WC oil pressure

Need some help with the oil pressure. I need to run minimum 50 pounds pressure. Put in rebuilt pump and only got 25 pounds. Any help will be appreciated. thanks Tractor Rod

Just curious why you you need 50psi minimum?
That about what a NHRA stocker motor needs
Are you 6000rpming it? I'd pay to see that!

Hey AGCO we run our motors anywhere from 4700 to 5200 rpm's. This is why we need to get more oil pressure . Tractor Rod

If the pump runs off the cam then 50 could cause premature wear on the came due to thrust.
20 psi is plenty if you are reading it on top of the motor.
