Wondering what the easiest thing to do for rear hubs for MM U so I can put on steel rear rims. Don't really want to put on the weld-on type hubs (maybe I'll have to). 3" axle is odd size, it seems like no one else ever had a 3" axle. Just wondering what options there are out there.
Did M & W make hubs for 3" axle????

M&W made hubs for the 3" axles on MM. I have a couple sets, but they are hard to find. I have a new design similar to M&W and hope to have a few prototype sets made by cold weather time. I'll post it when I do get them made. If I can do it cheap enough, I will sell them regularly.

No, sorry. Actually I loaned one set out and have not got them back yet. I'd take more if I could get them. That is why I am looking at having some bolt-on ones made. Looking to sell them for $275-300 a set if I can build them reasonably.

my brother has a moline u and he put 9 bolt hubs off an oliver 1600 on it. he had to do a little grinding on the inside edges where it fits the axle. they work great and he hasn"t had any problems with them.
