King of hill pull

I was thinking of starting a king of a hill class at our tractor pull.
Any tractor could enter and weight as much as they want, pull a transfer sled until they stop.
somehow calculate tractor weight and distance pulled and see what the % of weight pulled is. Will this work? Does it have to be dead weight sled? What to try something new and fun.
Any ideas or suggest please post.

went to a pull a few weeks ago and there wasn't a lot of tractors there so they didn't have all the classes
we pulled 3500 4000 4500 5000 5500 and so on if you weighed within that weight class you could pull it stock super stock whatever
we agreed to let the hook fees go to the club and not take payouts it was a lot of fun
stock tractors pulling against and sometimes beating super farm or open class tractors
a lot of good comraderie
no one arguing about a few dollars or a trophy
just an idea
