I put 2 other wheels and tires on my tractor and one is two inches higher, will this make it pull to one side. one is firestone and other is goodyear, 18/34"s only pulling 3.5 mph class. maybe 5 mph class also. 6000, 6500 class, thanks for all feedback.

i just ask a simple question, now i;m cheap, if i;m spinning the tires i must be on someone elses tractor not mine. at the slow speed i run i;ll let you all know how it does at next pull after all i pull for the fun of it anyway, . i run stock tires against cut tires and sometimes beat them so i;m satisfied. thanks for all replies.

Hey I pulled mismatched 15.5's on my M for years. One was a considerably better pulling tire than the other. I knew this from pulling it, so I just weighted the tractor to match the tires. Won many ribbons with it that way.

For an old farm tractor or duals, I'd say mis-matched tires are fine, but on a puller I'd think a pair of mis-matched tires could really play havoc on your success.

Don"t be cheap, match your wheels and tires. The taller the tire the faster it will go. When one is taller than the other the wheels wont spin the same speed. To your rearend it is just like turning or hitting a slick spot you WILL spin out.
