Are the Titan Hi-Power lugs worth a darn for pulling? They look like good tires. Thinking about trading my one season old traction field & roads in on a set of 'em. Wish I would've kept my bald "gum dipped" field & roads.

Terry, probably the reason your one year old tires do not pull well is just that- they are new tires. Tires with this much bar simply do not hook up as well as used tires with less bar. The tall bar flexes under hard load and lays back, loosing traction. This is compounded if you listen to others that say "let the air out of your tires before you pull". If your sidewalls buckle you are not running enough air pressure. The Titan tires are softer yet and will give you even more problems. Get an older set of Firestone tires and you will like them much better. Mike

I like them I have them on my Farmall A right now but will be putting them on a Allis B for this years pulling. Out of all the tires Iv seen pull I think the fire stone feild and roads and Titan's long bar short bar pull the best.
