does anyone know if you can buy somthing to put in a rearend of a john deere b to lock the tires for pulling????? ????? ?.... thanks

haven"t seen one for sale , ,but with a little thought and engineering it can be made, just make sure you can disengauge it, or negotiating sharp turns is a problem!

There"s a pair of levers down by your feet. Hold pressure on them - You"d be surprised how well it works. One thing the Deere"s have, is good brakes.

Chad S (you've seen him post on here) has what you are asking about. I don't believe it is a "locker" but more of a friction limited slip device. Probably works. Don't think it is cheap. I agree with jd-b-puller. Put that money elsewhere on the tractor where it would be of more benefit and use the brakes. With little practice they will do the same thing and a whole lot cheaper. Chad has to make a living too , so if you can't make the brake thing work for you then I'm sure he can help you out. Different strokes for different folks.
