Wow, you say you have this monster motor and you want to pull div.II. My guess your motor wouldn't be legal at a NATPA pull, but then its about winning a trophy, not fair competition.

The NATPA div III rules say i can run a D17 block. Div III of COATPA even say i can run the D17 block. If you don't belive me check the NATPA rules it is rule number 10 of the NATPA.

NATPA top cuts legal in div 3 not div. 2. You said you were going to try and run div. 2 unless they said no then you were giong to run div. 3. D-17 is not legal in div. 2 in NATPA. mr monster motor.

I don't see why it can't be legal. Yes i know cut tires are only aloud in div 3 and not div 2. So why does COATPA allow top cut tires in div 2 when they no it is not allowd??

The rules on the cut tire issue is in the rules at the bottom of the page. DO NOT touch the front edge of the bar...DO NOT change the angle of the bar...

www.coatpa.com

No cutting on leading edge

No changing angle on top of the Bar

{ If angle has been changed, pull in Div 3 }

Yea I know. You want to know the other thing about them too groups. One group doesn't try and run off the little guys like COATPA in the antique Div because COATPA likes the fast stuff.

SHUT UP STUPID! It`s better to let everyone think you`re an idiot than to open your mouth and remove all doubt like you have. Go to Eaton, get cheated, get thrown out of Div II, cry about it then go home. But please SHUT YOUR WHINY LITTLE PIE HOLE MORON!

so I take it all the whining you did about the Dekalb pull that you are still going. Must be there is going to be less competition at the Dekalb pull.

I know the difference beween the two. Top cut is only the back hafe with out touching the front have of the bar. Full cut is when you cut on the bar. Still a Top Cut or a Full Cut it's still a cut in my book so lets just make Div II a any cut tire class.
