Chad I our local race car engine builder has built few pulling engines for some guys around here and has offered to help me build my engine,I'll let you know the progress and ask you for help if we run into trouble,another question.How much material can I take off of the front bolster on my M and still be safe how much weight will I loose? any other weight loss tricks? THANKS

Well, when I cut out the H upper bolster, I cut everything I seen, all that was left was 2 tabs for the radiator to bolt on to. Never broke it yet,, and had 8-75's on the front a few times. Probably 40 lbs loss. Weld on hubs, cockshutt rear rims, aluminum top plate, aluminum steering shaft, clutch shaft, brake shaft that holds the pedals, custom clutch and brake levers, aluminum frame rails, weight brackets, etc etc etc. Hope this helps.
