got an h that ia m planning on bulding i have pulled the sleeves and am looking for something that will fit in the cylinder without using sleeves. What piston will work. Also I am in need of a new cluth and flywheel should I step up to heavier duty clutch to prevet slippage?

I think you need the 3 9/16 inch or 3.5625 for an H without boring. Like a 560 or I think a 706 or 756 piston. See what others have to say.

3" 9/16 is correct same as a 560 but the piston will not come all the way to the top with the standard H rod + the wrist pin is not the same size Ken B

You make new wrist pin bushings with an offset.

Try a set of step head pistons out of a c291 IH with 3.75 bore. Same pin Diameter. Might have to put some stroke in it to make it work, maybe.
