Haven't heard about it in a couple years. Did it work, blow, or go?

Hey folks, If it is the same one, Plan B is in New Hampshire. A gentleman by the last name of Ford owns it. His wife pulls it in our club (Southern Maine Tractor Club) The tractor pulls in the 3500 and 4500 weight class on a stone boat. Honestly I don't think it pulls very well, It seems to have been geared too high. It would do much better on a transfer sled. The engine itself just doesnt seeem to run quite right either. But then again us Farmall guys don't think those two cylinder tractors ever run right.

Within the last year or two there was a JD-B for sale in the photo ads. It was called plan B and was a real good looking puller. I beleave it was around a 37 or 38, maybe have years wrong but looked like top quality job.

Best I can remember, it was some mythical JD B that was supposed to be really big - I think it was out west somewhere. Don't know any more than that about it.

Yeah, I remember it too, and they said it was really light, and made some rediculous amount of power, though it wasnt running yet, or somthing along those lines..It was a few years ago now, right? It stands out in my mind that it was suppossed to be silver of something..
