Will a .062 wet sleeve cylinder hold up with hardblock?? If not how thick should be the minimum be? Thanks!

some use the window sealant for car glass i like the loctite sleeve sealant myself.

I HAVE 95THDS IN TWO SPOTS OFF THRUST SIDES,(FRONT TO BACK). ONE WOULD BE IN THE HARD BLOCK AREA, THE OTHER WOULD BE THE SECOND SEGMENT DOWN.
RUNNING IN THE BORE ON A SMALL STROKER MOTER!
WHAT WOULD ANYONE RECOMMEND FOR A SEALANT TO ADD ON TOP OF THE HARD BLOCK (MORROSO) TO FUTHER INHANCE SEALING

ALL INFO WOULD BE APPREACIATED

Always liked Moroso Cerami-seal or POR-15. I have some Caterpillar yellow 3M stuff I have used too. Works well.

If your not turboing it, you'll be fine with hardblock, if you run water some in the block, you may get a leak after a while, but that will depend how your shop sets in the sleeves, and also how hard, rpm's your turning it.

Cast. They are a dry sleeve, but would work good in this tractor that is a wet sleeve without boring if it would hold dry blocked. Thanks!

You need atleast .125", and more if you can get it. What material are these .062" sleeves you are looking at?
