Very sorry to hear that you will not be publishing your magazine, I really looked forward to getting it.

Me and my son are both sorry to hear this news, we really liked the magazine, wish you could find a way to continue or that someone else could take it over. Dang I hate bad news like this.

Old Power Pride is not publishing anymore. Refunds are being sent for any owed subscriptions at $3.68 per issue. People that committed to help from the start, did not hold up their end, even though they reaped from the benifits, and I just don't have time to make a living and publish OPP also.

Well it might have helped if we actually got what we paid for. The first year i got three of the six magazines i paid for. Funny thing was the resubcrition notice got here just fine. I still look at it once in awhile and just laugh about that.

You will get refunded for the issues you didn't recieve. If you didn't get an issue you should have got a hold of us, we made sure that everyone recieved one. It costs $5.00 to print each magazine, so you got your money's worth.

I have tried to call jonathan about some parts that he agreed to make for me over a year ago. Everytime I talk to him, I'll have them next week. Sick and tired of the excusses, just want the rest of my parts or my $$ back and my originals that he used for a pattern. Simple huh?

You lied about the weight and sent pictures of one cover and sent a cover that you didn"t take pictures of with added X braces. You didn"t pay the shipping for the last parts I sent, so why should I tie more $ up?

Bull Crap Jonathan, you have been avoiding my calls and emails because you know you are in the wrong. You had the original cover in your hands before you made anything, yet you never asked for anything extra or I would have worked something out with you. You sure didn't mind running to the bank with my check before discussing any problems??? I'm very easy to work with or I would have done got pissed off 6 mo. ago when you started lieing about the delivery dates. I can't help you have your wagon overloaded. Send me my two covers back with the parts I paid for or send me the difference back. I hate that that your deal has come to this.

We discussed the fact that the covers weighed much more than you claimed. I know your scales were not that far off. You also didn't send a single picture of the X braces and claimed it was the same as the others. You intentionaly tried to pull the wool over my eyes and I was just going to suck it up and take it as a loss. I leave for work at 8:15 and get home very late, I haven't avoided no calls and haven't recieved a single e-mail. I would much rather send the originals back with a check, that is what I tried to do before, but your the one that talked me out of it. I was warned to stay away from you in the beginning, I guess I should have listened. I will send the covers back with a check.

You are exactly right, you shouldn't have had any dealings with me, because when I send some one $850 up front, I expect to get some parts in return in a timly mannner. Like I said, you had the original part in your hand before you done anything, so how could I pull anything over your eyes? You haven't got any $$ tied up, I paid for the parts up front. Please send me my two originals and the difference for the parts that you didn't finish for me. Keep $75 for the shipping. If your email is [email protected], you should have gotten my emails, either way, I have left 3 unreturned messages on you answering machine. you have my ph #, email, and address, yet you have made no effort to contact me. Like I said earlier, I'm sorry our deal came to this.

Thanks,

You gave me the sad story about the guy you had doing them before and how you wasn't in no hurry. I told you from the start that it would take a while. I sent your pattern covers today and a check goes out tomorrow minus the shipping and the covers you already have. No big deal. Be seeing you soon!

Remember always this thing !

If it's not in dry ink, their's always a problem !

I to this day run a business on a hand shake, had an customer who always paid slow, on his last day before chapter 11, I got a tip that he was going to file, showed up on his property to retrieve some of my inventory that was not paid for. The man told me to get the H---- off his property, sent his employee's home early, his last comment was (My attorney told me my rites )
My wifes GRAMPA, GREAT OLD FARMER, awesome man, taugth me how to get even, sometimes you wait along time, but it always comes around !

In 1989 after a bad experience with a business partner, he owned 51% I owned 49% I started the business, he had the cash or credit ! 5 years later he fired me, I offered him the world when I was 22, he sued me, I had nothing but will and desire, I left with 7000.00 dollars, been in business on my own, now for 14 years, my wife employess and me. I thank god every day for his greed, and my passion !
Did I get even, (yes and no) But stand in a court room, take the oath, and know your rite's !
If I ever had to sue a man, I loath attorney's, if I ever had to sue a man, I'd take it all !
What I'm saying is, this thing, put it in black and white, because men in the flesh always want to run !
Just keep running them down , when your right !

Move on !
