Which do you want? 1 that has a long throat from the carb up to the rest of the intake or a short throat. I have a combine manifold (intake side) that will keep the carb away from the block about 3 incheh farther than the stock manifold. This is for a Farmall if it makes any difference.
Thanks Shaggy

Depends on how big the engine is and how much compression it has. Engines with higher compression, tend to have a higher vacuum pressure, which in those cases a longer/bigger manifold can help, but if it has low compression,,, Id keep the stocker on it and do some light porting and keep the vacuum pressure as high as you can. Too big, and you lose low end torque and HP,,,, unless your running very high rpms, then the bigger manifold is good right off the bat,,, Just have not found any places to pull them little farmalls round here yet!! We have 10-15 deadweight pulls a year that can let you in and do very well,,,,, Last year a Super C beat the AC's,,,, Chad

Hello Chads! Long time since I talked to you how are things going?
The Manifold I have is off a 404 and the intake part that I am talking about is off a C-153 out of the combine and I just cut the intake part out because the 153 carb is bigger. If I can get a picture of the whole thing I will try and post them or send it out to you sometime.
As far as pulling goes we are like Rudolph the RED nose reindeer. They don't want us to play here in IL.
