What is the factory horsepower for this A?
How does a pto dyno reading compare to belt and drawbar hp?

The late styled A's would pull about 38 horse on the belt and 34 at the drawbar(according to Nebraska tests)....your 44 would have to have hi-compression pistons plus to make that much. The 44's usually had about 30-32 on the belt and 26-28 on the drawbar, they were rated a 2-3 plow tractor, usually happiest with 2-16's. Any A can be pushed up with the "right stuff".
