What weight are you trying to make? You should easily make approx 4800 lbs with a narrow front, stock wheels, no belly pump and no pulley.

With removing a belly pump (not sure how much fluid is in it) I estimate the loss at less than 100 pounds. Is there a live pump on it and lines, maybe add another 30 pounds.

If you are really desperate you can drain some rear end grease. It won't hurt it a bit to run a bit low or empty for 1 or 2 runs. Don't drive it to the pull empty of fluid. Or you could look for a lighter driver.

Just my experience.
