How can I get a set of rules for the SATPA pulls? Does the tractor have tobe a 1960 or older ? What the rpms for the open class?

The correct phone numbers are 843-672-5477 and 843-672-5438 to get info on SATPA rules and to also get info on the upcoming S.C. STATE TRACTOR & TRUCK PULL that is be held in Pageland, S.C. on November 4, 2006 hosted by the SATPA group and is open to all pullers wherever you may live.
