Has anyone had any actual experience using an industrial type tire for pulling on a hard clay surface? The lug on these tires are nearly 2.5 inches wide. They are Armstrong.
Have found a set with nearly 75% tread. Haven't heard from anyone with any actual experience.
Can anyone help? Thanks, The Hot Rod

I personally haven't, but I do pull against a guy who does and all year he sucked big time. Then we pulled on a really soft clay and he took both classes. This was a "WC" and where everyone else's tires were picking up the clay and causing a big pile in front of the sled his didn't pick any up.
