I have a 5.25 inch bore and I am looking for 55 to 60 hp. How much stroke do I need. Help and comments would be appreciated.

Keep your Journals big, in case you want to go bigger on bore. There's a lot of 7.5" x 2.25" journals out there but easy to break.

Suggest the following:
7.625 stroke
2.625 rod journal
330 cubic inches
Waukesha rod - not sure which one, but Keith knows.
Call Keith Merfeld and tell him these specs.

Are you looking for longevity or HP?
How much work do you want to do to get it in there? Gimme a call.

Already have an A. Just trying to build a B and seeing what combo works and fits to be in that hp range.
