Looks like I need to move south, you guys have got some pullin goin on and are not afraid to tell people about it. I might just try to make one of the pulls in Hondo, my son is moving to San Antonio this next week, so I could kill two birds with one stone. I have a 1940 JD B completely stock weighs about 3270. Do you have a class I can get or do need to add some weight?
I can't seem to get any info on the pulls in this area.

Ben,

That should wake up the old girl! Is it rebuilt?

We'll have the 70 there but not the G. Right now all that remains on the jackstands is the main case. Everything else is is piles, boxes or at the machine shop. I removed the transmission and it needs another countershaft (the keyway is shot!) I'm cautiously optimistic that she'll be ready for Devine in November but, that may be pushing it.

John

The New Braunfels, TX pull is on Saturday September 30th. We (the locals) will be doing it as usual. I dono of any tractor pulls around our area of TX on the 23rd. I did not tell my wife that though. I will probably attend that BBQ contest here at the fair gounds on the 23rd. In the past we were at the Hondo pull on that weekend.

New Braunfels is on the 23th I thought,,, it has follow Hondo pull in the past unless the dates have change. They have their own sled. Correct me on the dates if I have things backwards.
