headgasket help fast

Had a JD headgasket in A with block bored .125, head and block have been machine some surfaces are true. Stock stroke.
Head gaskets is blowing between cylinders.
Any other head gasket makers that will help solve problem? What should head be torqued to?

Try a FEL-PRO part # 7744 SBX. Should be able to get it thru an auto parts store. I paint it with aluminum paint and put it on wet. metal side to the block. Other guys have other favorite coatings (search this site for past posts). Should be around 20 bucks. Torque to 150#'s if you have the dark head studs, and re-torque after a warm-up to operating temp. Good luck, Mike

Not sure what year your A is.. if you are using the gasket that is metal on one side.. composite on the other.. try using a 60 gasket.. they should be metal/composite/metal... Just make sure its going to fit your head/block..
