Silk Hope Tractor Pull

Sept 1-3, 2006 will be Silk Hope Ruritan Club's 31st Annual Old Fashioned Farmers Day at the G T Petty Memorial Park about 6 miles northeast of SILER CITY, NC (off US 64, Chatham County)

Friday night, Sept 1, 2006 at 7:00 pm will be an Antique Tractor Pull to start the weekend.
Gates open at 5:30 pm on Friday; 9 am on Sat & Sunday

OFFD Admission $5 per day per person; Children under 6 free.

Challenger Draft Horse Pull on Sat, Sept 2--Admission EXTRA $10 Day of Pull, $8 with purchase of Farmer's Day Ticket, $8 with Advance Purchase (Call 919 742-2651 or 919 742-4881)

with Heavy Super Stock Tractors, 2 & 4 Wheel Drive Trucks, Modified Tractors, & Super Farm Tractors
Gates Open at 5 pm
Friday pull at 7:30 pm; Saturday at 7:00 pm
Concessions available on the grounds.
Admission $15/day/adult; Children 10 & under free.

Entry Fee is $10 per hook.

This will be the only tractor pull at OFFD.
"Challenger" Draft Horse Pull will be Saturday night, Sept 2.
Lawnmower Pull will be Sunday afternoon, Sept 3.
