How about 4750 4mph. that will let everybody play, and 4mph will let the smaller motor tractors be able to run with the big motors. That my 2cents worth...

When will the club make a decision on this. Would like to know as soon as possible so we know how much weight we have to shed. Looking forward to whatever class it is.

I have been thinking of putting a my weights in a big old refrigerator and pulling them out next winter. They are so damn hot now you can't get within 2 ft of them.

Keep it 4250, and give the little tractors a chance. When you make it heavier, then you start letting the big tractors in and the smaller tractors dont stand a chance of doing any good.

Make it 4750 or 5250, you will have twice as many in those classes as 4250.

how about just plain 4000 4mph. would really keep it for the smaller tractors. 88's and M's could still squeeze, in but probably not be able to balance them. but at 4250 both would be able to balance them just right. and 5 mph is just out of reach for us underpowered folks to compete.
just my 2 cents.

the dirt you guys use makes us have to run a gear higher to stay at the speed limit unlike clay tracks. 4mph. would make an excellent KOH. Keep it aroung 5000lb and you will have 100 plus tractors in the class.

I think 5 mph is too fast. The key is to give everyone a shot. For a stock tractor its an unfair advantage. As far as the classes go, i think its a great idea and looking forward to going already.
