Sunday July,2 10am. classes: 6500# antique/farmstock-1959 and older. 18.4-38 tire limit. No cut tires,side shields,or rev limiters. Must run pump gas,no alcohol. No turbos. 2500 rpm limit-R.P.M.'s will be checked. 3 out-of-field classes-10000#,12000#,15000#. 2500 rpm limit. NO DYNO!!! RPM'S will be checked. No cut tires. Plus a smei-tractor class as well as the ILLINI STATE PULLERS will be running several classes. Come have a good time.

Why no cut tires?? Just curious you allow 2500 rpm but no cut tires??

6500# antique will be allowed 2500 rpm's. The reason they will not allow cut tires is that the tractors that pull here are mainly stock except for maybe a bigger carb or pump work. A few may have the m&w overbore kit but not many. This keeps the playing field a little closer if a tractor has a lot more hp regular tires won't bite as good. This is not a big horsepower class. Mainly just some folks that like to pull, have fun and drink beer while they shoot the breeze.

i think the 2500 was for the farm stock classes, i saw a bill for it yesterday. the antique section is by itself, line over and under the antique rules.
