Were can I get a set of weld on hubs for my JD 60. I will be pulling 7500, 8500, 9500, 10,500 and UNL with a set of top cut 18.4x38 on heavy 9 bolt rims. Right now i have a set of the early light cast iron hubs but i would like to put a set of 20" wide rims on with the new 18.4 tires.

Call me crazy, but why are you trying to save 100 pounds on a tractor that's got over 2500# of movable weight on it in the 7500# class? Or are you putting all the weight on the front already and can't keep it down?

Im not trying to save weight although i relize i will be saving weight. Im just trying to find the easiest way to get 20" wide rims on it for the new 18.4 x 38 im buying, the tires come with a set of 20" wide 9 bolt rims so i feel im best of going for a set of weld ons. Unless there is a different hub that will fit it?

I THINK the axle size is the same as a 4010 (measure 1st) so if you can find duel hubs for that they should bolt on. Another option is to get a pair of double bevel 18" wide rims (made for 20.8X38'S) and put the tires on them, use the cast centers and sell the 20" wide pressed steel wheels. I realize that involves changing the tires over, but properly welding on hubs takes time also. I have 18.4's on both 18 and 20" rims, and I think I prefer the 18's. Mike

I was thinking the same thing Mike. Pretty sure we put hubs from a 4010 on our 70 a while back. I remember having to make an adaptor plate though. Can't remember if our wheels weren't 9 bolt or the 4010 hubs aren't 9 bolt...
