Does anyone know how much it costs to get on the front cover of hook magazine?

The WD on this cover is being driven by my yougest son and I can assure you there was no money changed hands to put it there!I would suggest that you have a well prepared tractor and keep it looking good and take it to a LOT of pulls, put a HUGE amount of time and effort into it to make it competive and be nice to everyone you encounter at the pulls. It helps to have a handsome young man(must get that from his mother) drive it. Just consider me a proud dad! Kurt Hamel

I agree with you Lamont. I also beleave it would an honor to be on the cover. As for jumping all over the ( unknown puller ) first you would need to lower yourself to his level and most people are unable to go that low.

the folks who I know that have been on the cover didn't know anything about it until the magazine came out.

a sure way to be on the cover anytime you want is to do what Oprah did. Buy the magazine, change the name to whatever you want and put your picture on it everytime.

I don't think money will buy a cover photo on The Hook Magazine. I'd like to be on the cover of Hook too, but I'm not going to offer money for it or even insinuate they would do something like that. Look back at those who have been on the cover before and try learning something from them. It ain't all about you. You didn't ask for it, but I'll give you a little advice. When you ask a question like that, instead of damaging the character of "them", it shows your character. Could be why you're the "unknown puller." I'm really surprised that a whole bunch of pullers haven't jumped all over you for that comment. Want a cover photo? Try Cry-Babies, Bitchers and Whiners Journal. Seems like it's a weekly production.

i have my doubts, i be safe to say you never make it, because money does not buy the front cover, its takes honesty, truth, leadership, morals,a sincere will, a good outlook, a positive outlook,a helping hand to your fellow pullers, a good looking tractor, not someone trying to spread lies, i know because i have there.

You can buy the front cover of the Auto and rv trader in Ind, Mich, Ohio, Ill and Ky. Maybe it was a honest question thinking the hook operated the same way. BTW, we were pleasently suprised to see one of our 445's and several of the guys we pull with in the current issue.
