Hey All! Was asked a question the other day about what pistons to use in a 400 block with no sleeves and couldn't come up with a answer. I'm pretty sure that the block bore is 4.25" with no sleeves. He's not interested in boring. Just wants to pull sleeves and pop in some pistons.

Anybody mind eduamacating me. LOL!

Cheers1

Sid

THERE IS NOTHING OUT THERE ANYWHERE !
BORE THE BLOCK TO 4.31, FOR A GOOD CLEAN BORE AND HAVE A PISTON COMPANY MAKE YOU WHAT YOU WANT !

YOU CAN SPEND A TON OF TIME LOOKING FOR WHAT'S NOT THERE!
OH ALSO DENN'YS CARB MIGHT HAVE WHAT YOU WANT ON THE SHELF ! BUT FOR LESS MONEY YOU CAN HAVE THEM MADE !

Volbrachs (spelling) has 4.25 bore pistons I belive,, Other than M&W's, I dont know of any without a stroker crank that works with stock rods and stock stroke. ChadS
