If I was going to put a 450 block in my M how hard is it to adapt the block to the trany. What is the bigest block i can go with and still get away with it

May as well get you a SM-450 flywheel and clutch while your swapping engines out. Bigger clutch, and heavier flywheel. Would make the engine complete!! ChadS

the biggest block that will bolt up to your 'm' bell housing would be an 806 engine.

bolt it to the motor plate. bolt it in. Tell me, what bore are you looking at?

It will fit right in,with no trouble.It is the biggest you can put in there.Just bolt it in.

The neighbor has an "M" with a W-9 engine in it. More work but it fits. 335 cubes.
