Who is the best cam grinder for a JD cam on a virtually stock motor? Need my rusty cam and lifters touched up for a rebuild. Want a grind just "slightly" over stock. Nothing radical as motor is basically stock with about 8.5:1 compression.

Thanks,

I had my B cam ground by Roberts in Iowa and he did a great job, now this is just my opinion but i would recomend him to anyone for this or carb work, heres his shop number 712-262-5311, call him and tell him what you want to do, he can set you up right.
Hope this helps,

A friend had Robert's do a cam for a JD. Was a little dissapointed they didn't get a cam card, specs, or degreeing information from him. Tractor runs fine, but who knows what grind he got?? Hoping to find someone that grinds them in-house and can tell me what they plan to do (in degrees and lift).

Thanks,
