Powerblock sleeve

I found a powerblock with a bad sleeve. Where does one get a new sleeve? Or can I have a chunk of well casing turned in a lathe to have a new one made? How does the old one come out? Thanks.

Like G/Man said, what do you mean "bad". Broken, cracked or just pitted.

Which block is it? If it's a B, you can bore it 0.125 and put a 5.125" piston in there. If it's an A, you can bore it 0.125 and put a 6.125" piston in there.

If it's a G, I don't know what your options are.

If it's broke, and it's a B, put two new 5.25" sleeves in it.

are you putting in 5.250 outside diameter sleeves or bore size of 5.250. if bore size how think are the sleeves

"Want to know" - You can resleeve it to 5.25" piston size. That'd be a .125" thick sleeve, so 5.5" OD sleeve. You can overbore the stock bore to 5.125" without resleeving. I think his sleeve is broken, so you might as well replace both sleeves and put the 5.25" piston in there.

it's a B block. It had a stuck piston, I took it to a machine shop to have it pressed out. They pressed the end of the sleeve from the block. They refuse to do anything about it.

What do you mean by "bad" sleeve? I believe it's possible to put a sleeve in the sleeve, just like sleeving the bore in a regular parent-bore block.
